President and Operations Manager of Career Path Inc. She worked her way up from the front desk to her current position. It took the better part of 30 years. She is a Certified Crossing Guard Trainer, Temporary Specialist as well as Executive Recruiter. She is well known in the Engineering and Accounting fields. She has associates across the United States who lend a hand bringing talent to the Midland area.
Jane was the first CTS of the Year for the State of Texas and served as Education Chair at the State level as well as the local level. She is Past President of the local Association (PBAPC). She is a graduate of Leadership Midland and belongs to PBSHRM. She served as Business Bash chair for 3 consecutive years at the Chamber and as Chair of the M-Squad Ambassadors.
Jane is active in many "dog" causes and was involved with Midland's first Petapoolza in the fall of 2009. She has bred and shown dogs across Texas and beyond. She is the proud owner of Molly----a ten year old dachshund who is boss at home. Jane is also part-owner of a Missile Silo in Roswell, New Mexico and can answer many historical questions regarding it.
